Gourmessa Sdn Bhd

De-Luxe Food Services Sdn Bhd was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of the Pok Brothers Group of Companies to handle its bakery and butchery manufacturing activities. In February 2006, the Pok Brothers Group was acquired by Etika International Holdings Limited vide their subsidiary, Etika Foods (M) Sdn Bhd. In July 2014, Etika International Holdings Limited changed its name to Envictus International Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, Etika Foods (M) Sdn Bhd changed its name to Envictus Foods (M) Sdn Bhd. In January 2015, the butchery business of De-Luxe Food Services Sdn Bhd was transferred to Gourmessa Sdn Bhd.
